Understand and interpret the client brief set by the FF&E Director
•Assume an assistant role in design presentations in communicating with clients and ensure that format is compatible with office and client standards/requirements
· Develop the FF&E concept ensuring it adheres to Company Values
• Ability to establish logical action plans to complete work and provide technically sound solutions within deadline and budget constraints
· Selection of furniture, materials and finishes and creating engaging and outstanding client presentations
· Work closely with the design team to ensure FF&E is in line with client expectations
· Produce accurate specification document to the Technical Office team including all necessary information about the project, such as design, materials & Finishes
• Liaising with the FF&E buyers and purchasing teams to ensure the project procurement stays on time and on budget
• Liaising with contractors and suppliers in order to maintain strong relationships and to ensure FF&E is delivered on time and on budget
• Communicate project status to senior FF&E designers on a regular basis and develop and maintain communication with all project team members, including the operations director
• Attend site meetings and assist in the process of reviewing the project
• Keep abreast of new industry trends that may influence FF&E design scheme
•Attending industry fairs to source new suppliers and expand the FF&E Library
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Photoshop, AutoCAD, InDesign and/or equal program for the production of drawings, mood boards and presentation material
BS degree in applied arts, fine arts, architectural engineeringExperience required in:Interior design presentationSourcing and documenting FF&E designSelection & documentation of Furniture & Home Accessories elementspreferable that worked in a similar filed before (construction)flexible to work extra hourslive nearby3-5 years of experienceGood communication skillsGood in English (written- verbal)
