Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management & Analysis
- Collect and analyze supply chain data using Excel/BI tools
- Create regular performance reports (KPIs, vendor metrics, delivery times)
- Track inventory levels and help optimize stock levels
- Monitor order status and highlight potential delays
- Generate cost analysis reports for procurement decisions
2. Procurement Support
- Assist in purchase order processing and tracking
- Maintain vendor database and performance metrics
- Support supplier evaluation processes
- Track delivery schedules and follow-up on pending orders
3. Logistics Support
- Track international shipments and update status reports
- Help coordinate with freight forwarders and customs agents
- Monitor transportation costs and suggest optimization opportunities
- Support customs compliance documentation
4. Administrative Duties
- Maintain organized digital filing systems
- Schedule team meetings and prepare agendas
- Update supply chain procedures documentation
- Assist with monthly/quarterly reporting
