Office Manager For ( COB )

  • Act as the point of contact between the chair of board and internal/external clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Negotiate and manage client contracts ensuring mutual beneficial agreements and long-term partnerships.
  • Responsible for preparing company profile presentations for clients from Europe and China.
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate with related departments and follow up on their action items when required from (COB).
  • Ensure data accuracy received from various departments before presenting to the chair of board.
  • Take notes and writing minutes during meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
