• Represent UH-GAF in internal and external events during weekdays and weekend days, as requested.
  • Do campus tours for prospective students and their parents.
  • Make presentations on and off campus about UH-GAF on school campuses, exhibitions, and events.
  • Make inbound and outbound phone calls to guide and advise students about UH different programs and admission requirements and persuade them to make UH-GAF as the university of their choice.
  • Be in direct contact with the assigned list of students and their parents to offer constant advice and support throughout the student recruitment process.
  • Update student data on UH-GAF’s CRM software on a regular basis, including their contact information, lead status, and enrollment updates.
  • Liaise with the marketing communication and admissions department when required to provide coherent and consistent answers to requests and inquiries.
  • Offer support and training to the Call Center team when required to ensure the relay of adequate and accurate information to interested students and parents.

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.1-3 years of experience working with youth, preferably in higher education or relevant setting.Excellent command of English and Arabic.Strong relationships with key decision makers in international schools in Egypt, especially academic/career counselors.Strong presentation, persuasion, and communication skills. A results-oriented character with a record of accomplishment in achieving challenging personal and team targets.Strong organizational and planning skills. Ability to forecast individual targets.Travel Required: A few times a year inside Egypt.
