- Serve as the focal point of contact for all accounts matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Build account plan and focus to execute it with different stakeholders.
- Forecast and pipeline account metrics
- Collaborate with different internal teams to identify and grow opportunities within account.
- Prepare reports on account status
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven work experience of at least 5 yrs experience in IT field as sales, presales or Projects with proven success.Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders.Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent knowledge of MS office softwareEager to learn new solutions and products.Good horizontal knowledge in light current and smart solutions.Ability to work under pressure and keeping deadlines.
