  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the Resale Team
  • Managing, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Resale team
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Coach, develop and monitor the team as to achieve the sales target
  • Analyze and track the team performance through Nawy dashboards and internal systems
  • Formulate and execute effective resale strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture within the team


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in sales management, with a focus on resale
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic
