E-commerce Manager

The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our online retail operations. This role involves developing and executing strategies to increase online sales, enhance the customer experience, and optimize website performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, and data analysis.


Key Responsibilities:


1. E-commerce Strategy Development:


- Create and implement an e-commerce strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.

- Identify new market opportunities and trends in the online stationery retail space.



2. Website Management:


- Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and up-to-date.

- Collaborate with IT and design teams to optimize website performance and implement necessary updates.



3. Digital Marketing:


- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media promotions.

- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.



4. Customer Experience:


- Enhance the online shopping experience by implementing best practices in customer service and support.

- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve site functionality and product offerings.



5. Sales Analysis:


- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to assess the effectiveness of e-commerce strategies.

- Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.



6. Inventory Management:


- Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment of online orders.

- Develop strategies for inventory turnover and stock management.



7. Team Collaboration:


- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to online retail.

- Provide training and support to staff on e-commerce best practices and tools.



Qualifications:


1. 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management.


2. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).


3.Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.


4. Proficient in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.


5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
