Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and social media.
- Identify potential clients' recruitment needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our recruitment services.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with our recruitment team to understand the needs and requirements of our clients and provide them with the best candidates.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and market changes to identify new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent in English.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
