  • Develop and present medical tourism packages
  • Negotiate contracts with healthcare providers and other medical facilities
  • Provide customer service and support to patients throughout the medical tourism process
  • Market and promote and sell products/medical tourism services using solid arguments to existing and prospective patients and partners
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. 
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling. 
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule. 
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and Team Leader 
  • Track and analyze sales data
  • Contact data (Leads, Clients) Make calls, E-Mails, and text messages with data, Provide prices and detailed information about the service
  • After the answer, convert data into deals, update deal stages and data (Leads, Clients) status depending on the interactions.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service roleProven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phoneGood knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systemsAbility to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospectsC1 Fluent English Speakers, B2-C1 Fluent Languages Speakers (French, Italian, German)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsCool-tempered and able to handle rejectionOutstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaintsHigh school diploma; BSc/BA
