Customer Excellence Manager

 

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to project delivery.
  • Lead project management efforts to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to coordinate resources and timelines effectively.
  • Work with sales and other internal teams to prepare proposals that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Address customer issues promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance service offerings.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to promote long-term loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project statuses within the CRM system.
  • Utilize CRM data to track customer satisfaction metrics and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the smooth transition of client information in the CRM.

5-8 years of experience in customer service, project management, or a related field.Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Proficient in project management and CRM software.
