Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executiveAbility to deliver excellent customer experienceKnowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)Understanding of sales performance metrics, with a proven sales track recordExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAn ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on timeBusiness acumen with a problem-solving attitudeBSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field5+ years as an Account Manager.Proficiency in English
