As a Content Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships with our Enterprise-level partners in the publishing and content development sectors. This position offers the chance to influence team strategy and drive measurable revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on our key B2B partners, specifically in K-12 education, higher education (HE), and corporate training, where you will develop and implement partnership strategies.
Your responsibilities will include expanding existing partnerships and identifying new opportunities. Collaborating with global team members, you will manage both the recruitment of new partners and the oversight of current relationships. Here’s a breakdown of your day-to-day operations:
- Strategic Program Development: Define strategic objectives and lead the alliance program with Classera’s Partners team, emphasizing content providers.
- Partner Recruitment and Evaluation: Identify, assess, and onboard content partners across B2C and B2B sectors for K-12, HE, and corporate training.
- Alignment of Strategies: Align Classera’s objectives with those of content partners, creating plans to enhance mutual revenue streams.
- Engagement with Educational Institutions: Collaborate with Ministries of Education, schools, universities, and corporate clients utilizing Classera's Learning Management System to identify and fulfill their content needs.
- Leadership Engagement: Foster strong relationships with partner leadership at both global and regional levels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Classera’s customer success, sales, marketing, and professional services teams to maximize the benefits of partnerships.
- Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate with local alliances, program management, legal, and finance teams to implement defined sales strategies and manage overall partner relationships.
