- Supervise and mentor recruitment staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Assign recruitment tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely hiring.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the recruitment team.
Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Management
- Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to source candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Develop relationships with external recruitment agencies and networks.
Process Optimization
- Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, compliant, and standardized.
- Implement tools and technologies to enhance recruitment workflows.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Candidate Experience
- Oversee the end-to-end candidate journey, ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage communication with candidates during interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with equal opportunity and diversity hiring practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with HR teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires.
- Act as the main point of contact for hiring managers regarding recruitment progress.
