- Manage merchandisers and Ashur’s team, maintain store rotational plan and make sure sales strategies and promotions are applied per customer
- Utilize analytical skills and driving sales strategies to promote White's tissue products.
- Implement plans and strategies established by the Marketing and Sales teams.
- Implement planograms established by the company for each segment.
- Relocate display material according to point-of-sale.
- Maintain a good relationship with store managers/in-charge, forming a link between the Company and the customer.
- Lead and train the team of assistants and Merchandisers.
- Encourage and supervise the team's participation in competitions.
- Supervise and monitor the flow of field information ensuring that the team responds to all available surveys correctly and within the established deadline.
