Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, excellent communication skills, and the ability to source and hire top technical talent. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and retaining professionals who align with our organization's goals and culture.
Job Rules & Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top technical talent through various channels.
- Screening & Coordination: Conduct initial interviews, schedule assessments, and manage interview logistics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide hiring insights.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
What we're looking for:1-3 years of experience in Tech Recruitment, preferably in a tech-driven or IT services or IT outsourcing environments.Familiarity with recruitment tools and sourcing techniques as (LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite).Strong knowledge of IT roles and technical skill sets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Nice To Have:Familiarity with ATS as Zohoo .. etc.Familiarity using CBI & psychometric assessments.
