- Proven work experience as a Digital media specialist or Digital marketing manager
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Audacity or other media editing software
- Experience with visual communication principles
- Familiarity with web design and content management systems
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BSc degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field
- Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing, ideally in a similar industry.Technical Skills:Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.Experience with paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.).Creativity: Strong ability to create engaging content that resonates with the target audience.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling social media posts and marketing copy.Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze performance data and generate insights for campaign optimization.Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
