Job Description
- Develop and implement HR policies tailored to the needs of the construction industry.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including hiring for technical and field roles.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing workplace issues effectively and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and safety regulations relevant to the construction industry.
- Design and manage performance evaluation systems to enhance productivity.
- Lead training and development initiatives focused on industry-specific skills.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll systems efficiently.
- Maintain HR metrics to monitor workforce performance and recommend improvements.
- Promote a safety-first culture and oversee HR-related aspects of health and safety programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role (5+ years required).Construction industry experience is mandatory.HR certification is strongly preferred.In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR practices specific to construction.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
