Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Generalist.Strong knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
