Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Material Procurement: Source and procure materials required for construction and MEP projects.
- Cost Analysis: Conduct market research and negotiate prices to optimize procurement budgets.
- Contract Negotiation: Assist in drafting and managing supplier agreements and purchase orders.
- Compliance: Ensure all purchases comply with project specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Coordination: Collaborate with the project and site teams to forecast material requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain procurement records, including invoices, quotations, and delivery notes.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve any procurement or supplier issues efficiently to avoid project delays.
Job RequirementsCONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE IS A MUSTBachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering3+ years of experienceExperience using supply chain management software and tools, including Oracle, SAP, etc...Good knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Management skills.Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure.
