Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
Brand Development and Management
- Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Create and maintain marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
Digital Marketing
- Oversee website optimization, SEO/SEM strategies, and content marketing efforts.
- Manage social media channels to engage audiences and build brand awareness.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and monitor performance metrics.
Lead Generation and Sales Support
- Design campaigns to generate leads and nurture relationships through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted materials and support business development efforts.
Event and Partnership Management
- Plan and coordinate industry events, trade shows, and client workshops.

Performance Measurement and Reporting

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s preferred).5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the facility management or related industry.Proven expertise in B2B marketing strategies and lead generation.Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM software, Google Analytics, and design platforms.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Creative thinker with a focus on delivering measurable results.
