- A Physician, or Doctor, is responsible for providing expert medical care to patients with a range of potential illnesses, injuries or disabilities.
- Their duties include conducting routine physical examinations on patients, referring patients to medical specialists or counseling services and prescribing patients medications based on their condition.
- Conduct examinations to ill patients and evaluate symptoms to determine their condition.
- Reach an informed diagnosis based on scientific knowledge and the patient’s medical history.
- Prescribe and interpret lab tests to obtain more information for underlying infections or abnormalities.
- Prescribe medications or drugs and provide comprehensive instructions for administration.
- Examine and provide treatments to injuries and refer patients to other physicians when needed .
Keep records of patients’ diseases, operations or other significant information (e.g. allergic episodes)
The applicant must hold a Bachelor's degree in Medicine or Nursing.Flexibility to work with a variety of people, differing in ages, personalities and backgrounds.Collaboration and teamwork skills to work efficiently with others to provide new ideas and help inspire staff and management.Time management skills to be able to see a high number of patients.Interpersonal skills, compassion and empathy to build positive relationships with patients and colleagues.
