- Manage IT Infrastructure operations yearly budget for all systems, services, vendors, IT staffing.
- Manage and architect IT services Infrastructure including Microsoft Dynamics CRM-ERP, business intelligence, and Cloud services with our security standard.
- Develop and implement technical efforts to design, build, and deploy cloud services at the direction of lead architects, including the implementation and administration.
- Implement and configure of PaaS technologies with most cloud vendors (Azure, AWS, Digital Ocean).
- Plan and design backups and disaster recovery plan on annual basis and ensure that supporting applications and services have fully documented and executable DR plans and are able to support the recovery objectives.
- Plane and executing migration, upgrade, and deployment with any required integrations.
- Manage project budgets, ensure project timelines, and communication to end users (customers) to safeguard requirements.
- Manage and establish priorities for maintenance, design, development, and analysis of entire infrastructure systems inclusive of LANs, WANs, internet, security, and wireless implementations.
- Monitor and maintaining entire network infrastructure and suggest the necessary adjustment and upgrades for better security and performance.
- Conduct site surveys to assist with document design, configurations, and network infrastructure upgrades, including routers and switches, access points, hosted servers, firewalls, VPNs, and other related appliances.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Monitor systems capacity and performance. Administration, monitoring, and/or modification of automated information system software or - applications, related tools, and interfaces. Software or applications are generally designed to meet specific business units or needs.
- Liaise with vendors, business partners, and IT personnel for understanding problem and providing solution/resolution.
- Communicate technologies, systems architecture, and standards to technical staff.
- Supervise a team of Infrastructure specialist for handling their daily tasks and other projects.
Experience from 8 to 12 Years Bachelor degree in Computers/Electronics Engineering or Computer ScienceExcellent understanding with strong hands-on experience of different servers’ technologies & operating systems, networks, virtualization (Hyper-V, VMWARE), firewalls (Fort iGATE), cyber security, Office 356, Disaster recovery and HA, cloud services and load balancers, Access control etc.In depth ITIL Knowledge5 years of appropriate experience supporting IT infrastructure and service delivery, preferably with a large size organizationHands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.Hands-on experience with Cloud servers implementations and administration with solid skills in cPanel & WHM Features.Solid networking knowledge (CCNA,CCNP, MCSA)Hands-on experience with Backup systems (Veeam backup and replication) with proven abilities of deploying DR plan and HAA very strong customer orientated approach with an outstanding delivery recordAbility to work independently
