- ASC Evaluation & share the result weekly / monthly
- Daily check KPI result to act according ASC Performance
- Monitoring Service Centers Performance
- Analysis Part charge back & feedback to each FSR to investigate
- Developing corrective and preventive actions.
- Reviewing Spare Parts utilization of each service center
- Issuing Service Centers Contracts annually.
- Increase branding and customer satisfaction
