Job Title: Sales SupervisorKey Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership:
  • Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to ensure team members' professional growth.

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Implement sales plans and strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure the sales team understands and effectively communicates product/service features and benefits to customers.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and address issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer feedback and provide recommendations for service improvements.
  1. Reporting and Administration:
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting achievements and areas for development.
  • Manage sales budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities.
  1. Market Analysis:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Identify new market opportunities and recommend actionable insights to the sales team.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams to align strategies.
  1. Compliance and Policies:
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical sales practices.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on company standards and compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar sales leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and CRM software.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
