- Ensure that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO 9001,14001,45001, FSSC22000, NFSA and regulatory/legal requirements.
- Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service. Investigate (and correct) customer issues and complaints relating to quality.
- Apply statistical tools for analyzing the inspection data collected by quality inspectors.
- Define with plant team the root cause, corrective actions for the repeated and critical defects.
- Lead the analysis of customer Complains related to the plant including follow up the Containment actions to make sure it is applied effectively during the defined standard lead time and defining root cause and corrective actions.
- Conduct the internal audit and follow NCR cases
- Regulates documents control of the sections/department and ensures proper document preservation.
- Support in implementing the quality management system inside the plant.
- Control and report defined Key performance indicators about the product Quality inside the plant.
- Ensures that CCPs (Critical Control Points) monitoring system is implemented and timely reported.
- Ensures that all Food Safety standards and PRPs (Prerequisites’ Program) are implemented.
- Responsible for product food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Create, document and implement inspection criteria and procedures.
- Controlling quality systems and records of the company and following up the results of the internal audits of the factory.
