Job Description: •
- Operational Support: Execute all operational processes required for client support, record data in CRM for both new and existing clients and develop and implement work plans for new projects. •
- Customer Queries and Complaints: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints according to internal regulations. •
- Maintenance and Support Contracts: Perform tasks related to maintenance and support contracts as assigned by the direct manager. •
- Customer Call Management: Schedule and log customer calls, follow operational procedures, and extract periodic reports for clients using CRM.
Strong understanding of POS and Accounting systems and operational procedures. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluent in Arabic and English. Competencies: Technical: Proficient in POS systems and data management. Experience with operational processes in technical support.
