Channel Manager - HORECA

1. Collaborate with sub-distributors to effectively manage stock levels, ensure optimal inventory management, and support timely deliveries to meet customer demand.
2. Work closely with sub-distributors to set achievable sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and market share within the sub-distribution channel.
3. Develop accurate sales forecasts in collaboration with sub-distributors to enable proactive planning and effective resource allocation.
4. Provide comprehensive product knowledge and conduct training sessions for sub-distributor staff to enhance their understanding of Quanta's products and effectively promote them to customers.
5. Coordinate and conduct regular workshops in territories managed by sub-distributors, in partnership with the beverage team, to address customer needs, gather feedback, and foster strong relationships.


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience in channel management, sales, or business development within the beverage industry.- Strong leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
