Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a corporate environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Experience with business process modeling and re-engineering.Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with software development life cycles is a plus.Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.Experience in data visualization and reporting.Knowledge of automation tools or techniques.
