- Lead and manage R&D projects for developing and improving products in HVACR and home appliances.
- Design, evaluate, and validate new products and implement design changes to meet performance, cost, and manufacturing requirements.
- Create and maintain BOMs (Bill of Materials) and an effective material coding system.
- Collaborate with Production and Quality Control (QC) teams to ensure the quality and functionality of finished products.
- Provide technical support and documentation for the Marketing Department, including product specifications and performance data.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the product lifecycle.
- Manage and train junior engineers and technicians as needed to meet project goals.
- Conduct supplier assessments for critical components and collaborate with the Procurement team to source quality materials.
