- Developing and maintaining financial models and valuation (DCF, multiples,etc..)to support investment decisions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis software and tools (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, Capital IQ).
- Conduct thorough research on market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments to inform investment decisions.
- Analyze financial statements and performance metrics of potential investment opportunities.
- Collaborating with subsidiaries to develop business plans and annual budget
A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field is typically required.At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role preferably with deals and transaction services from an advisory firm.Proficiency in data collection and analysis.Excellent research and writing abilities.Confident presentation abilities.Interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
