Operations Manager - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

  • .Adjusting the Operations Policy, restructure and cycle in order to cope with the
    expansion.
  • Assessing sales’ team structure along with management team
  • Coordinate with the contracts department in the areas of contracts handling including reservation, contracting and cancelation leading to having a structured workflow and proper bookkeeping.
  • Establishing and managing a “brokers’ support department” which is a
    subsidiary operational department linking brokerages and finance team.
  • Creating periodic reports to various operational departments ensuring detailed KPI
    monitoring of sales and overall performance.
  • Performance Metrics:
    • Achieving set KPIs for lead generation and sales team productivity.
    • Ensuring high customer satisfaction levels and successful project delivery timelines.
  • Collaboration with Other Teams:
    • Work closely with the sales and operation team  to design strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
    • Collaborate with finance and administration teams for budgeting and cost management.

       

7 to 10 years of experience in operations management, in Real Estate.Strong leadership and team management skills.Proven track record in generating leads and managing sales teams.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to analyze data and collaborate with different teams for operational success.
