- Plan, execute, and finalize engineering projects within established deadlines and budgets (construction and design)
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and scope.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Manage project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and performance feedback.
- Conduct regular project meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design and construction adherence to specifications.
- Monitor project expenses and implement cost-control measures.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.PMP (PREFERABLE).Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, construction and design is a must.Strong knowledge of engineering principles and construction industry practices.Skills and Competencies:Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.Familiarity with local and international building codes and regulations.Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and contractors.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
