I. Fully responsible for the custody of the store as follows:

1- Preparing item cards for the store and making inventory reports
2- Recording the addition, exchange and returns permissions for incoming and outgoing warehouses
3- Carrying out a monthly inventory of the store and whenever required
 

II. All local purchases of the company, whether private or related to supply orders and installations (lathing works - mechanical and electrical installation requirements such as nails, fasteners, electrical panels requirements, purchases of preventive maintenance projects, etc.) or related to all company requirements
 

III. Responsibility for all purchases of the company as follows:-
1- Receiving purchase requests and obtaining quotations from suppliers and having them technically approved by the requesting department according to the purchase request.
2- Determining suitable offers in terms of price, specifications, implementation period, and payment method
3- Issuing supply orders to local suppliers after being approved by the line manager
4- Preparing and disbursing the contract related to purchase orders, with their approval by the direct manager
5- Purchasing and delivering the required tasks to the requesting party or to the store according to purchase requests and making addition and exchange permits.
6- Bringing tax invoices (attached with the tax card and commercial register) according to the items mentioned in the purchase request.
7- Delivering offers, invoices and quotation to the financial department to liquidate the trust received to the purchasing department.

IV. Conduct analysis and required reports

1- Preparing inventory reports for the store
2- A report on all monthly purchases with the work of the local supplier base
3-Weekly Work Schedule Report
