- Execute day to day tasks effectively and communicate progress with all stakeholders
- Experience in medical devices or dental labs is a plus
- Process milestones for the clients and maintain good communication
- Assist customers with setting up onboarding calls and product demos
- Promote the value of the products
- Upsell services and products with the brand image
- Promote value through customer success / sales department
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
