- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Maintain and update employee records, both electronic and paper.
- Process employee requests and provide relevant information.
- Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, absences, etc.).
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and personnel administration.Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.Excellent organizational and time management skills.
