The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, tracking inventory flow, ensuring accuracy in stock records, and supporting efficient supply chain operations. This role focuses on minimizing inventory discrepancies, supporting procurement processes, and maintaining records to meet production needs while controlling costs.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage inventory levels to align with production and sales demands.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile inventory counts with records to identify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize stock replenishment.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to track and forecast inventory requirements.
- Ensure accurate data entry for inventory transactions in the system.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
