Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Research Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
* Assist R&D specialists with laboratory experiments and research projects.
* Prepare and maintain laboratory materials, equipment, and reports.
* Support the product development and optimization in different phases.
* Collect and analyze experimental data; document findings systematically.
* Conduct background research and literature reviews for ongoing projects.
* Support in drafting technical documentation.
* Contribute to the preparation of scientific papers, patent applications, and internal reports.
* Ensure accurate data collection, data entry and analysis, contributing to internal reports, scientific projects, research papers and patents.
* Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).* Passion for scientific research and innovation.* Familiarity with basic laboratory techniques and tools.* Strong computer, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.* A team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn.* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team collaboratively while being proactive, self-motivative, and adaptable with positive attitude.
