Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
* Collaborate with project teams to develop BIM model.
* Create and manage BIM models for design, coordination, and construction documentation.
* Conduct clash detection and coordination meetings to resolve conflicts and optimize designs.
* Generate construction documents, drawings, and specifications from BIM models.
* Provide training and support to project teams on BIM tools and methodologies.
Job Requirements* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.* Proven experience working as a BIM Architect.* Expertise in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.* Good knowledge of codes and building regulations.
