IT Sales Specialist

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented IT Sales Specialist to join our growing team. As an IT Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities for our innovative IT solutions. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to understand customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and email campaigns.
  • Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, including needs assessment, solution presentation, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our IT products and services, including hardware, software, and cloud solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
     

Proven track record in IT sales, preferably in a similar role.Strong understanding of IT products and services, including hardware, software, and cloud solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Self-motivated and results-oriented.Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
