What you’ll do
The Indirect Sales Lead provides expert knowledge to deliver product sales and services through all the indirect distribution channels (e.g. selling through strategic partnerships) in line with Vodafones commercial strategy. The Indirect Sales Lead focusses on activities delivering the commercial strategy through providing indirect sales and services activities and working collaboratively with third parties (directly / indirectly) to develop strategic offers. Typically reports to the Senior Indirect Sales Manager.

- Increase VF market share acquiring new accounts and achieving the Quota.
- Making sure the adherence to VF policies and procedures. People Training calendar plan. Ongoing positive feedback and coaching.
- Providing the Team members with all the requirements (Handsets, Lines, Offers, Business cards & Letter Heads designed...). Avoid any OOS. Smooth and easy communication with VF channels.
- Following VF standards to make sure of sales quality and business acquired.
- Maintain proper and consistent cross-operation within all channels.
- Ensure bulletproof operational processes to guarantee the success of our business model.
- Ongoing coaching and monitoring of performance for direct reporters.
- Develop a succession plan for individual team members.
- Periodical meetings with staff.
- Develop and uphold corporation governance.
- Accurate and timely reporting of sales numbers for all team members.
- Ensure delivery against KPI's.
- Expanding our channel reach nationwide to gain bigger share of new acquisitions.
- Initiate our business lounges to provide business products and services.
- Work on a coverage plan nationwide in order to insure our brand visibility at our dealer’s outlets all over the trade.
- Ensure the smooth and consistent flow of products and services through the VNF channels.
- Consecutive visits to the selected locations to ensure the look and feel. Inspiration.
- Consecutive visits to the selected locations to ensure the best customer experience
- Promos and incentives in place to achieve sales numbers.
- Monitor our market circulation & stability through a mystery shopping scheme.
- Providing our teams with required data to support their situation in the market.
- Ongoing training sessions to our sales reps. for enhancing our customer experience.
- Tactical contest plans to motivate & stimulate our sales reps. Performance.
- Submit & Consolidate reports:
o Daily stock - shipment Report.
o Weekly Sales – Channel Fill - Trade Review Report.
o Monthly Sales - profile Report.
o Quarterly coverage complains, Routes Report
