Role Profile

  • Assist in the development of the master calendar for sales enablement activities throughout the year for the various inside sales audiences
  • Measuring effectiveness of channel programs and recommends modifications as required
  • Ensure success program and other initiatives centered on simplification of the Veritas sales processes post sale.
  • Build and develop an enablement plan for new Sales as well as to ensure continuous improvement amongst existing sales portfolio.
  • Help to integrate sales enablement plan to our sales methodology and process.
  • Partner closely with other departments to create one vision for how processes and technology converges to enhance the sales experience.
  • Drive enhancements to Veritas sales tools to enable optimal seller experience and while improving operational efficiencies need to support sales tools.
  • Deliver enablement materials for the sales teams like online courses, instructional material, snippet videos and/or user guides.
  • Develop team members working knowledge of relevant sales tools and processes.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, marketing, computer science/engineering or similar.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
  • Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.
  • A problem solver and critical thinker dedicated to continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, one-on-one and in groups
  • Must be highly organized self-starter and proficient
  • Sales operations management, including responsibility for reporting (Power BI) and sales tool and sales process improvements
