- Responsibilities:
- Create 3D models for architectural design, layout, and spatial arrangement.
- Ensure the model includes walls, floors, windows, doors, roofs, and architectural finishes.
- Coordinate with structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) disciplines to ensure the building design is feasible and optimized.
- Software Used: Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, Vectorworks.
2. Structural BIM Modeler
- Responsibilities:
- Develop structural models that include foundations, beams, columns, slabs, steel structures, and reinforcements.
- Work closely with architects and MEP engineers to ensure structural systems integrate seamlessly with the building design.
- Analyze load-bearing and stress factors.
- Software Used: Autodesk Revit, Tekla Structures, Bentley ProStructures.
3. MEP BIM Modeler
- Responsibilities:
- Model the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems of a building.
- This includes HVAC systems, electrical wiring, lighting, plumbing, fire protection systems, and other related utilities.
- Ensure the systems fit within the architectural and structural constraints and follow relevant codes and standards.
- Software Used: Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Bentley AECOsim, Trimble SysQue.
4.Landscape BIM Modeler
- Topography: Model terrain and elevation.
- Planting Design: Model vegetation and plant arrangements.
- Hardscapes: Design walkways, patios, walls, etc.
- Water Features: Model ponds, fountains, and irrigation systems.
- Collaboration: Work with architects, engineers, and urban planners for coordinated designs.
5.Interior Design BIM Modeler
- Model space layouts, furniture, and finishes.
- Design lighting and electrical systems.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers.
- Create visualizations for client presentations.
Key Qualifications:
- Should have Batchelor's degree in Engineering/ Architecture
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Revit BIM, specifically for high-rise buildings.
