Analyze complex utility maintenance issues, evaluate alternative solutions, and recommend a strategic and tactical course of action in conjunction with facility engineering, maintenance/repair and subject matter experts , Maintenance of Design & Construction Standards , Responsible for the day-to-day Utilities Operations (Utilities Maintenance, Automation & Control) to ensure smooth manufacturing operation , Manage emergency, corrective, penetration permit/access program, and preventative/predictive maintenance of utility systems, leak detection/remediation, and supporting systems/equipment , Coordinate and direct the project planning phase in the development of projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and direction for the integration of technical activities
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role in Heavy industry fields ( Glass , Ceramic , cement , Iron)Strong analytical abilityExcellent communication skillsOutstanding organizational and leadership skillsProblem-solving aptitudeBSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
