Key Responsibilities:
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with the brand identity.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX designers to understand user needs and translate them into design solutions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Maintain consistency in visual design through the creation and management of style guides, design systems, and reusable components.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve the design.
- Stay up to date with the latest UI design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure designs are optimized for responsiveness across various devices and screen sizes.
Requirements:3-5 years of professional experience in UI design.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI design projects.Solid understanding of color theory, typography, spacing, and layout principles.Familiarity with user-centered design processes and usability principles.Experience working with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.Strong communication skills and the ability to present design concepts effectively.Preferred Qualifications:Experience designing for SaaS platforms or enterprise-level applications.Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions using tools like After Effects or Principle.Understanding of UX principles and methods, such as journey mapping and user personas.
