- &D Technical Support:
- Provide technical support and expertise for the development of new products, including golf cars, automotive systems, and electronic parameters.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to address technical issues during product design, prototyping, and testing phases.
- Ensure that all technical support requirements are integrated into the design and development process, including customization and product specifications.
- Product Development and Customization:
- Work with product developers to customize golf cars and other products to meet client needs and specific project requirements.
- Analyze and resolve technical challenges that arise during the R&D process, offering solutions that enhance product functionality and durability.
- Oversee the customization of electronic system parameters and automotive components to align with industry standards and innovations.
- Testing and Prototyping:
- Manage technical support during product testing and validation processes, ensuring that all components, such as batteries and automotive systems, meet performance and safety standards.
- Lead technical troubleshooting efforts during prototyping and assist with modifications that enhance the quality and reliability of the final product.
- Ensure that all product testing is conducted in alignment with R&D goals and manufacturing feasibility.
- Collaboration with Manufacturing and Assembly Teams:
- Liaise with the manufacturing and assembly departments to ensure that technical aspects of new products are feasible for production.
- Facilitate communication between R&D and production teams to address any potential issues during the transition from design to manufacturing.
- Ensure that the technical specifications and customization options developed by the R&D team can be efficiently integrated into production workflows.
- Product Support Documentation:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including maintenance schedules, technical manuals, and troubleshooting guides, for all products in development.
- Provide training to both internal teams and external clients on new product functionalities, technical specifications, and customization options.
- Warranty and Maintenance Schedules:
- Oversee warranty terms and conditions for newly developed products, ensuring that technical support is available throughout the warranty period.
- Develop and manage maintenance schedules for newly developed products, particularly for batteries, electronic systems, and automotive parameters.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the main technical liaison between the R&D department and external clients or suppliers, ensuring that all technical requirements are understood and met.
- Provide clear communication to stakeholders on product capabilities, technical constraints, and customization options.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements related to golf cars, automotive systems, and electronics.
- Propose innovative technical solutions that improve product functionality and sustainability.
- Collaborate with the product development team to incorporate feedback from technical support into future product designs.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 10-15 years of experience in technical support, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably within an R&D setting.Strong technical background in automotive systems, batteries, electronic system parameters, and product development processes.Experience in product customization, troubleshooting, and providing technical support for prototypes.Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, and aftersales teams.
