OD and Talent Management Specialist

Position Summary:

An International company are looking for an OD and Talent Management Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This role will focus on supporting the development and implementation of talent management strategies to build a robust pipeline of future leaders, enhance employee performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in talent management and organizational development with a solid understanding of talent assessments, performance management, and succession planning.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Management:

  • Assist in identifying high-potential employees and help create personalized development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles.
  • Support the design and delivery of training programs aimed at addressing skill gaps and promoting continuous professional growth.
  • Contribute to the establishment of mentoring and coaching programs to support employee development across various levels.
  • Succession Planning:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key positions and potential successors, ensuring a strong internal talent pool.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of succession plans to ensure smooth transitions for critical roles.
  • Track the progress of high-potential employees, offering ongoing support and feedback to ensure successful development.

 

Learning & Development:

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) process to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and objectives.
  • Help manage and evaluate the implementation of the annual training plan.
  • Support the corporate coaching process to develop management and leadership capabilities within the company.
  • Contribute to the development of courses that foster company culture and organizational values.
  • Assist in managing the e-learning process and ensure its successful integration into the learning strategy.

 

Performance Management:

  • Support the design and implementation of performance management programs, including goal-setting frameworks, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Train and provide guidance to managers on performance management best practices.
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and proposing actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to address performance-related issues and develop improvement plans.

 

Organizational Development (OD):

  • Support the development and implementation of cross-country development programs as part of global mobility initiatives.
  • Assist with the preparation of regional reports on OD and talent management initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of organizational development strategies that align with business goals and drive a high-performance culture.
  • Talent Acquisition Support:
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop sourcing strategies that attract top talent to the organization.
  • Assist in conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for roles, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and competencies.
  • Support the recruitment and selection process, providing recommendations for candidate selection based on performance and potential.

Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or HR roles with a focus on talent development, performance management, and succession planning. Skills & Knowledge:Strong understanding of talent management practices including performance management, employee development, and succession planning.Familiarity with talent assessment tools and methodologies.Experience with learning and development initiatives, including training program design, delivery, and evaluation.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform talent management strategies.Proficiency in HRIS systems and talent management software.Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.English proficiency is a must. Desired Attributes:Collaborative: Ability to work well across teams and with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.Strategic Thinker: Capable of aligning talent management strategies with overall business objectives.Adaptable: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adjusting priorities as needed.Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to drive results through effective talent management initiatives.Answering the Screening Questions is Mandatory for your application to be reviewed
