- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening,
- interviewing, and hiring decisions.
- Execute Talent Acquisition strategy and process to hire the very best talent.
- Advertising all vacancies internally, externally and Head Hunting.
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (specialist, Senior, Section Head and managerial levels).
- Follow up 3 Months' Probation Period Evaluation
