Recruitment Specialist

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening,
  • interviewing, and hiring decisions.
  • Execute Talent Acquisition strategy and process to hire the very best talent.
  • Advertising all vacancies internally, externally and Head Hunting.
  • Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (specialist, Senior, Section Head and managerial levels).
  • Follow up 3 Months' Probation Period Evaluation

BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a plusExperience 2-3 years in pharmaceutical field  Fluent in EnglishExcellent in MS Office
