Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and verify detailed Quantity Surveying (QS) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) documents for construction projects.
- Develop and review shop drawings, ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards.
- Oversee the entire process of technical submissions, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with design teams, suppliers, and contractors for material approvals and specifications.
- Conduct revisions of technical drawings and provide final approval for submission.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client objectives and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and project-specific guidelines throughout all phases of work.
