Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical/Presales Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of network technologies, particularly routing, switching, and Wi-Fi. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering innovative network solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Technical Pre-Sales:
○ Conduct technical assessments and needs analysis to identify customer requirements.
○ Develop and present compelling technical proposals and demonstrations.
○ Provide technical guidance and support to sales teams.
○ Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement network solutions.
● Solution Design:
○ Design and architect complex network solutions, including routing, switching, and Wi-Fi.
○ Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and customer requirements.
○ Create detailed technical documentation, including network diagrams and configuration guides.
● Customer Support:
○ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for pre-sales and post-sales activities.
○ Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues efficiently.
○ Build strong relationships with customers and partners.
Required Qualifications:
● Technical Expertise:
○ In-depth knowledge of routing, switching, and Wi-Fi technologies.
○ Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.).
○ Experience with network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
○ Proficiency in network security concepts and practices.
● Certifications:
○ Juniper Certifications (JNCIS-ENT, JNCIS-SEC, JNCIS-SP, or higher) preferred.
○ Other relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) considered.
● Soft Skills:
○ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
